Providing Housing Facilities, Education, Financial Assistance, Scholarship, Death Grants, Marriage Grants through Workers Welfare Fund. 1500 cases Grant in Aid for Marriages worth Rs 150 Million are ready for disbursement on 1st May, 2017. 580 cases of Death Grant in Aid worth Rs 290 Million are ready for disbursement on 1st May, 2017.

22 Schools are working under Workers Welfare Board where 8000 children of workers are studying. Scholarships worth Rs 59 Million are available for 2,200 students. 39 Labour Colonies located in Sindh, where 10000 workers are accommodated. 5000 Houses and Flats for workers are under construction. Evacuated about 1000 flats from illegal occupants at Gulshan-e-Maymar Labour Colony.
